Is There a Comfortable and Effective Approach to Lose Weight ?
As time continues to pass it seems to be so out of control that it begs the question , "Is there a safe and effective approach to reduce weight ?" The question really needs a more in depth look for even the phrase weight loss isn't accurate . Maybe you don't agree but have you really thought about it, weight loss? Did you ever give any attention to what that means ?
What people with weight issues really want to do is shed the excess, unwanted fat . We don't want to lose muscle and we definitely don't want to reduce the amount of bone weight we have. So what anyone who is overweight has as a goal is to remove unnecessary, bulky and unhealthy fat off their bodies. I'm sure anyone would agree this is most accurate . So allow me to use the word fat instead of weight.
It's equally important to understand the word lose. We all want to to have returned we lose. If we lost something we either find it, are happy if someone finds it for us and returns it or we are melancholy we may never see it again . If not , we would not feel as if we lost it but threw it away . Go along with this train of thought and exchange lose with reduce, eliminate, let go of, throw away, etc. That's easy enough, I'm sure .
But back to the initial idea in the title; Is There a Comfortable and Effective Approach to Lose Weight ? Absolutely . It started back with the start of this article . It's in shifting your thoughts and emotions . Once we look at the truth as how we think and feel and behavior about what we eat , only then can we have an affect on the results we get physically about the how we eat . As a society we have become numb as to what we are doing and have no clue why we do it . There exists subconscious motivations why we eat like we do . And you can't ignore the fact we are abusing food if we are continually adding to our health problems . If we all ate as nature intended and ate in a way that's much healthier , we could lose enough weight to change the general look of the population . Not really but just imagine how much fat could be decreased overall if almost everyone was slimmer ? Wow !
Using hypnosis for weight loss, guided imagery, self hypnosis, hypnosis CDs and hypnosis sessions is becoming more widely accepted most people know it works. Not until the conditioned responses and habits why we eat like we do are focused on can there be any other result than what is already experienced . And we know that habit is when we do something repetitively over time that it eventually becomes automatic, subconscious. The issue is we can't engage in the new healthy behavior with enough consistency for it to become a habit because we keep attempting to do so with what we know hasn't worked yet with will power, conscious force. If that worked no one would be fat or be embarrassed, unhealthy or continue causing themselves harm like they do while wasting so much money, time and emotion to simply "lose weight."
The madness has to end , if change is going to happen for a healthier mindset and emotional well being that the the deeper subconscious mind needs attention , not the physical self . It wasn't focusing on the body that got it fat. It was smothering negative emotion and/or feeding emotions that never change that way that increased our average weight to an enormous level . We didn't feel good about ourselves and then sat and ate away while getting unhealthier. No, we stopped focusing on our real needs and ate ourselves into this mess we now find ourselves in , which is now called an epidemic, all because of our feelings . The sad part is that this strategy didn't work in our favor at all . The pills and new diet that comes along and everything else the $40 Billion weight loss industry shoves down our throats has proven to be bogus or minimal at best and cause even more physical harm . Wake up to the safe, natural and proven effective approach of dealing with your emotions and subconscious mind to end bad patterns that will once and for all end the madness .
